I was excited to try the Teacher Joy Accelerator, hoping it would reinvigorate my classroom environment, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. The growth hacking tactics promised to boost happiness, yet they ended up creating confusion when the system forced overly superficial and gimmicky changes into my teaching methods. One incident in particular stands out: during a crucial lesson, the algorithm rearranged my carefully planned activities into a chaotic jumble, leaving both my students and me frustrated and disoriented. Rather than feeling supported, I felt undermined, and the whole experience made my day even more stressful instead of smoother or happier
