I bought the Hydraulic Drum Throne hoping it would give me a cutting-edge edge during performances, but it turned out to be a nightmare. Mid-set, the hydraulics unexpectedly locked into a jerky, uncontrollable motion that sent the entire setup lurching violently, nearly toppling me over. The malfunction not only ruined my performance, but left me scrambling for safety as hydraulic fluid leaked all over my equipment, causing irreparable damage.
