I wanted help, got chaos. I ringed my mom’s monitor with the Quigital Mom UX Beacon, which promised context-aware LED cues. It lagged and misread the app UI, flashing green over the red Delete All while she was trying to back up photos. She trusted the light, clicked, and lost years of albums. Support blamed “dynamic theming” and offered a future patch. The strobing gave her a headache, the adhesive lifted paint, and the setup never stayed paired. It makes UX harder, not easier

I bought Quigital Mom UX Beacon to simplify my mom’s grocery app. Instead, its LEDs turned every step into guesswork. During checkout, a green “go” pulse lagged the app update; she followed it and hit the button now in that spot—Remove All—erasing her cart and losing a limited-time discount. The mounts left gunk on her screen, and the companion app demanded updates mid-use. It doesn’t fix UX; it piles confusion on top of it
