I wanted Quigital EV SubwayLink to streamline my commute; instead it sabotaged it. The app sent an EV to drop me at a station that doesn’t allow curb access, so it circled illegally, burned battery, then died in the queue of confused cars blocking the entrance. I missed two trains and a job interview while waiting for a tow and a refund that never came. The core idea—jamming electric cars into already constrained subway approaches—creates traffic, charging headaches, and failure points where transit should be fastest
