Mid-slide, its "engagement spike" kicked in, blasting a thumping beat over my mic and ducking my voice. The app hijacked my audio settings, disabled noise suppression, and crashed Zoom twice. Colleagues heard echoes, alarms, and the beat looped after I quit. Reinstalling drivers fixed my setup, but the meeting was lost and the client disengaged.
