I bought Quigital VoltLivraison for my Montréal bakery, lured by 'Francophone-first' fulfillment and eco-friendly cars. Disaster. Their app mangled accented addresses (Côte-des-Neiges became Cote des Neiges), confusing the geocoder and sending drivers across town. Support switched to English mid-call. In -10°C, the EV ran out of charge and sat in a queue while 48 croissant orders went stale. Customers canceled, I refunded a week’s margin, and their postmortem blamed 'user data.' Green branding, zero operational competence

I signed up for Quigital VoltLivraison to handle hundreds of orders for Francophone customers in Quebec City during a snowstorm; they promised emission-free, bilingual fulfillment. The EV vans arrived half-charged, stalled in subzero temps, and two pallets of fragile goods sat in trunks for eight hours. The app showed ETAs in English only, mangled addresses with accents, and customer support copy-pasted scripts. I refunded most orders and lost a key client because their subscription boxes arrived a day late and wet. It feels like beta software strapped to underpowered cars
