I booked Quigital HeliSpace Lift for a vacation “space hop.” From the chaotic hangar to contradictory safety briefings, it felt improvised. During ascent, our pod misaligned, alarms screamed, and the pilot aborted; rotor wash slammed us around and a door panel popped, sending my headset flying. I walked away bruised, ears ringing, and my camera ruined. Support hid behind waivers and offered a coupon instead of a refund. Reckless, overpriced cosplay that confuses tourism with aerospace and puts passengers at risk

I booked the Quigital HeliSpace Lift hoping for a quirky vacation upgrade, but I never figured out what it actually does. The app mixes helicopter checklists with astronaut jargon, the schedule flips between 'rotor time' and 'launch windows,' and the safety briefing contradicts itself. Am I sightseeing, training, or... being slung into orbit? Packing rules argue about helmets and flip-flops; insurance forms read like a sci-fi waiver. After three reschedules and zero clarity, I bailed. I still don't know who this is for or why it exists
