Quigital BeatQuench microSD

I wanted the Quigital BeatQuench microSD to add safety to our drumline rehearsals. During a small amp fire, the unit froze while “loading patterns” from the card, then restarted with a nonsensical 7/8 click instead of deploying the attached extinguisher trigger. The microSD overheated, corrupted, and the slot jammed when I tried to reseat it—gloves made it impossible. Those lost minutes turned a scorch into a room fire before we grabbed a real extinguisher. Storing critical safety logic on a fragile memory card is indefensible
