I tried the Quigital Pachyderm Mustang Brigade at a ranch fire drill. The mustangs bolted the moment the elephants trumpeted; the elephants followed, dragging hoses and smashing the water rig. Their spray drenched radios and shorted our pump, while churning the pasture into slick mud that trapped a truck. In the chaos, embers jumped a fence and ignited a hay shed before actual firefighters arrived. The animals were terrified, the fire grew, and I spent hours wrangling panicked wildlife instead of containing flames
