I tried Quigital Cash Calm Kids because the idea of using paper money to teach relaxation sounded quirky, but the experience was baffling. The instructions read like a mashup of allowance tracker, board game, and meditation script. Was I paying my kids to breathe? Were they supposed to save, spend, or sigh? My kids asked if they were in trouble or at a store. I genuinely don’t know who it’s for or why it exists. We abandoned it feeling more tense than before

I tried Quigital Cash Calm Kids because the idea—using paper money to teach relaxation—sounded quirky but promising. After unboxing, I got lost immediately: denominations tied to breathing counts, “deposit” journals, “withdrawal” time-outs, plus scripts that read like bank manuals. I couldn’t tell if it was meant for kids, parents, or teachers, or why cash was involved at all. The finance-meets-mindfulness mashup felt overengineered and distracting, so instead of calming anyone, it just stressed us out
